Have you taken the class? What all is involved? My wife and I are planning to take this class together to legally carry in the car (especially on trips.)

Not only do you need the class to get a CCW, some states don't honor other states' permits. You need to be aware of that when traveling.

Not only do you need the class to get a CCW, some states don't honor other states' permits. You need to be aware of that when traveling.
The states honoring the CCW are outlined in the class. I will be taking the class next week. I also learned that the permit is a 4-year deal. And, in addition to the fee for the class, the permit itself has a fee. Thanks for the advice. |
