Turned on the station a few times this week to listen to Russell Smith (or more likely Tyler Carr) and all I got was static.  Anybody know what the problem is?  Another lightning strike?

Also, did Lee and Teri Frank's program go off the air?  I liked Teri when she was on Lloyd Daugherty's program.  Teri would have been better off doing the program without Lee.

Apparently Russ Dubyah is gone? All I hear now is a young punk and a crackling voice guy.....

Where did he go? Is he out of the business?

Doug Horne usually has Dubs doing other things at the station.  The crackling voice guy is Tyler Carr a former football player at Oak Ridge.  Tyler has a voice like Southern Cross but he knows more about sports than SC.

So you know Southern Cross. You are correct that Tyler sounds just like him.

Not personally, but I used to post on his Rebels Nation site.  He also had a recruiting site called TN Preps or something like that but it didn't have much info.  Dan Moyers is his real name.  He graduated from Maryville HS but he got upset with their administration because they restricted his access to the press box and post game interviews.  Dan would go on the field after each game and use his camcorder to interview the players and put the interview on his site.  Maryville's administration told him he had to get their parents approval before he could post photos and interviews.  He also wanted to paint a big M on the field prior to each game and have Maryville turn the field lights on so he and his pals could paint the M.

According to his posts he only attended one of their games last year.  When you have a program as successful as Maryville there are too many guys like Dan that want to be in the inside circle.

Now that right there is funny and I don't care who you are.  Shocking that he would butt into something that was none of his business.  Last I remember, he was trying to tell PlumberVol what to do as a member of RJ's chin gang.  That really worked well.

Love the hair!!

Another day of Eddie Beacon the Swinging Deacon.  Horne has already unloaded the Oak Ridge and Maryville stations.  Maybe he has a buyer for the rest of the Network.
