Poor Carowhina, not many people feel bad for them, they have had a great run. Roy really needs to relax on the oversensitivity this season though, his call in show is getting hilarious. They will be back next year, reloaded for another run with Harrison Barnes.
Caroliana will not see the tourney unless they get hot in the greatest conference tourney in the land, the one that started it all the ACC tournament.
Alum, I know you, DaButchy, and the rest of the high level basketball starved folks in SEC country are always interested in what's happening in the premier basketball league, glad to fill you in.

When did UNC join the SEC?

All Time Final Four Apearances

18  UNC, UCLA
14 Duke
13 Kansas, Kentucky
10 Ohio State
8 Indiana, Louisville
7 Michigan State
6 Arkansas, Cincinnati, Michigan, Oklahoma State
5 Georgetown, Houston, Illinois
4  Arizona, Florida, Kansas State, LSU, Oklahoma, Syracuse, UNLV, Utah, Villanova

Obviously the SEC has been much deeper league. The ACC is a two trick pony....like that league Gonzaga is in.

Since 1994, here are the number of National Titles

SEC 5 (Florida 2 times, Kentucky 2 times, Arkansas)

ACC 4 (Duke, MD, UNC 2 times)

Who is the greatest basketball conference?????

You obviously didn't see the UT/LSU game last night. That was premier hoops at its finest.

Ya know, basketball didn't start in 1994.  I'm pretty sure it was played before then too.

Your point?? I picked 1994 because it was the year you where born. If you want to go back further we can. However, we would have to do that in football and than old time teams like ND, Yale, Army, Harvard etc would be the powerhouses. Things change you need to get with the times.

DaButchy chose 1994 because Duke went back to back in 1990 and 1991. DaVicky with her laser beam eyes knows the ACC is the premier BBall conference. Always is and always will be. The ACC tourney was the original, just ask DaButchy...
