Ok - I'll be the one giving out grades here - I was on what's called a "sabbatical"....... Anyways - check out youtube for a guy named Ray Lyman who goes into the Scranton, P.A. city council meetings and just gives it to them as much as he can... It's fairly entertaining....

"Sabbatical" and "exceptionally busy" are not synonymous words. You get an F in grammar. Looks like you will have to attend summer school.

Too funny, I feel sorry for them actually....Truthfully, if it was me I would have simply let him use his 3 or 5 minutes....and then thank him and tell him his opinion has been noted on record.
