26-26 in the second half!!!

Apparently, JP, Hopson, Tatum, Pearl, and Maze went out to Belle Meade to play golf.

How many times have we seen disrespect of our March opponents and seeding--and it doesn't matter which coach we have?  It is tradition.

Not only do I hope Professor Nono is not drinking too much, but I hope the cubicle boys are not as well.

Hopson just missed 2 free throws and still hasn't scored with 14 min left in the game.     Typical SEC tournament performance by the Vols.

We must give him credit for starting the game with a couple of turnovers and missed 3's.  We were 3-19 on 3's in the second half.  I don't think the light bulb will ever go off for these guys:  stop shooting when you are missing and work it inside or stop shooting them when the clock is all the hope the other team has (Wheezy).

I guess Griffith will do a story on how Hopson's jogging around during the game makes him a great player!  Maybe Griffith will compare him to Chris Kramer at Purdue or the Hayward kid at Butler?

Big win for the Volunteers!  Sorry they had to be bothered to play today!

I don't care about the performance today if we win tomorrow, just the way it is......

To be honest I would not give two smelly ole Pinto Bean Farts      for the SEC tourny, waste of time and the only winner is the SEC office. I am glad that fellow TN city Nashvegas is getting some money pumped into their economy.....

Bring on the NCAA. I do think it is important to keep our seeding and win a few games.

It's THE Conference tournament.  I want them to win it.   Everyone hangs banners for winning the SEC Tournament.    There is no banner, ring, or fanfare for "reaching" the Sweet 16.

I am satisfied with today's game.   Survive and advance is all that matters.

JP Prince was big today. If he didn't miss the rim entirely on his 3 FGA early in the game and crack the backboard, then LSU wouldn't have been so inept on offense in the 2nd half when shooting at that goal. Nevermind his many turnovers, lack of hustle and rebounding, or atrocious defense. JP was the reason the Vols won today. Congrats. We all get to watch him wear the Orange in another game tomorrow!

Slowly watching 2 coaches attempt to pull UT's football program out of the ditch it was run into from 2002-2008

Id be willing to bet a crappy hoops tradition school like UT (and Bama) has a sweet 16 banner hanging

I don't remember seeing one and I sure hope they wouldn't do that...at either school.

Heck, Alabama's basketball tradition is so good that Kentucky named their football field after one of your coaches!!

Dang!!  That's embarrassing.     Of course, there are folks on this board who would rather end the season tied for 16th in the national tournament than actually win the SEC tournament.   I have never understand that logic.

Count me in for bypassing the SECT and going foirth into the real torny!!

If we need to put a trophy into the case we should revive the Holiday Classic we used to host and win it and but that in our trophy case. That has just about as much revelance as this damn tourny.
